Processing Time
Mahalo for supporting handmade! Each Kakekukeko item is thoughtfully designed, created, and packaged in small batches.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Because many of our products are handmade, some items may require additional processing time. If your order will take longer than expected, we will reach out with an update.
Please note that custom orders, made-to-order items, and larger quantity orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before your order is completed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped through available postal carriers with tracking information provided when available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your package has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and Kakekukeko is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Kakekukeko is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, Kakekukeko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can help determine the next steps.
Local Pickup & Events
Local pickup options may be available for select customers and events. Details will be provided at checkout or through direct communication.
