What does Kakekukeko mean?

Kakekukeko in short is a fusion of our keiki's names. They are the drive and inspiration behind what we do. Like our ethnic background we want to share all that makes Hawaiʻi so unique. It is a melting pot of beauty. From mauka to makai we would like you to experience Hawaiʻi through our eyes.

"Aloha, My name is Janelle Nohara, and I'm the owner and hands behind Kakekukeko. My creations are inspired by my love for the environment and sustainability. I think it's important to connect with nature and art, and I try to bring these elements together in my work. Making handmade items is a labor of love, and fills me with joy to see others appreciate it."
